How many people should attend and who from your team will be at the workshop?

From our side, there will always be a project manager who will also lead your future project, a design strategist, a UX specialist, and an experienced developer. We recommend that you bring a few colleagues to the first session, ideally between 2 to 4 people. You might choose to include representatives from different departments to provide various perspectives.

Can I give feedback or request changes during the Discovery Phase?

Yes, there is plenty of room for feedback and adjustments during the Discovery Phase. We want to ensure that the final plan perfectly aligns with your needs and desires. We take note of all your feedback during this phase! If you’re excited, we incorporate the feedback and there’s room for new ideas throughout the entire website project. Nothing is set in stone.

How does communication work during the Discovery Phase?

Once you decide to start the workshop, the project manager will contact you to schedule the meeting. All materials will be sent to you via email. If you decide to continue with us, you will get access to our Monday tool! This is an easy-to-use tool to keep track of the entire process.

What does the Discovery Phase cost?

The workshop costs just €1600. You receive all the materials and insights developed during the Discovery Phase. You will also receive a detailed proposal for your website project, ensuring full transparency!

Where is the Discovery Workshop and how do I get there?

The workshop takes place at our office in the Houthavens in Amsterdam. Coming by car? Let us know in advance, and we’ll reserve a parking spot for you! We are also easily accessible by public transport via Central Station with bus 48.

What if I'm not satisfied with the Discovery Phase results?

If you are not satisfied with the results of the Discovery Phase, you are under no obligation. The Discovery Phase at Mars is completely non-binding. We strive to fully understand your needs and expectations and to provide you with a strategic plan that aligns with your goals. If the results do not meet your expectations, we welcome your feedback and can explore possible adjustments or alternatives together.

How long does the Discovery Phase take?

The Discovery Phase lasts only 10 days. The Discovery meeting is up to 2 hours and takes place at our office. The second presentation is 1.5 hours, also at our office.
