The redesign focused on restructuring the website to highlight Billy Grace’s four unique selling points: First-party data, Attribution, Analytics, and Optimizations in one platform. Given the product’s complexity, we used simple, explanatory illustrations throughout the site to demystify their offerings. This approach successfully clarified their product’s functionality. Additionally, we prioritized lead generation, seamlessly integrating call-to-actions encouraging visitors to request demos. The new structure, informed by a detailed sitemap, wireframes, and a refined user flow, ensured a streamlined customer journey, making it easier for potential clients to engage with Billy Grace.
