New collaboration: welcoming our latest client in tech innovation
We’re excited to welcome a new client to Mars: Delta-N, a Microsoft specialist that helps organisations work smarter and safer with cloud technology. With a 65 person team and more than 25 years of experience, they combine development, DevOps, security, cloud infrastructure, data and modern workplace expertise with a strong focus on AI. Their ambition is clear. To be recognised as the partner that not only talks about AI, but builds practical, secure and reliable AI solutions on Microsoft Cloud.
At Mars, we work with organisations driving progress through technology. Delta-N is one of those teams. Their story deserves a stronger visual identity, clear communication and a digital presence that reflects their maturity. A website that shows who they are, what they stand for and how they help clients create intelligent and secure digital environments.
Why now was the right moment for renewal
In our early conversations, the team shared that their current website no longer matched their identity or the direction they are moving in. Their services appeared as separate disciplines instead of one integrated organisation. Their vision on AI was developing fast, yet visitors could not clearly see how AI is embedded in their processes, solutions and way of working. And while Delta-N holds multiple Microsoft Solution Partner designations, ISO certifications and a long list of client references, that strength was not visible online.
The new brand identity and website will help close that gap. The goal is to bring clarity and coherence. To present Delta-N as one organisation with a clear position in the Microsoft and AI landscape. And to help visitors understand how their expertise translates into usable and future ready digital solutions.
How we start the project together
Every collaboration at Mars begins with a focused concept phase. For Delta-N this means a two week trajectory in which we work together to define strategy, structure and visual direction. This phase creates clarity before moving into a larger build. What should the website communicate, what do visitors need and how do we translate Delta-N’s AI led proposition into a structured digital experience.
The process starts with a strategic workshop. From there we develop the first sitemap, create wireframes for the key pages and review existing content, audiences and technical context. These insights form the foundation of the initial functional design. At the same time we define the visual direction, giving Delta-N an early sense of how the new identity may evolve.
This phase stands on its own. It delivers a solid plan, clear structure and design direction. If Delta-N chooses to continue, we build on this foundation. If not, they still have everything needed to move forward independently.
What we will build in the next stages
After the concept phase, we move into detailed wireframes, brand identity development and the full website design. When the design is approved, we assemble the site in WordPress, set up reusable sections and refine structure and content together with the Delta-N team.
A few elements will have a central role in the new website:
- Their AI vision will be clearly visible in both structure and storytelling
- A simple and well organised mega menu that reflects their integrated offering
- HubSpot CRM integration to support leads and customer processes
- Advanced functionalities that show how AI is used in their tools, workflows and solutions
Throughout the project, we test design and development, prepare the go live carefully and optimise performance after launch. Tools such as Google Tag Manager, GA4 and Microsoft Clarity will be set up to support continuous learning and improvement.
What this means for Delta-N
This project is about more than design and technology. It is about presenting Delta-N as one organisation with a clear proposition in the Microsoft Cloud and AI landscape. A team that thinks in opportunities, brings energy, takes ownership and keeps going until the solution works in practice. These values shape their work, and the new identity and website will help express that in a simple and honest way.
In the coming weeks we move into design. Once the foundations are in place, we will share more about the direction and the decisions behind it.
We’re looking forward to the journey ahead!
