With a team of 150+ and a strong international presence, Last Mile Solutions needed more than a visual update. They were looking for a complete online experience that matches their position in the market: future-focused, technically advanced, and built for growth. The challenge

The e-mobility industry operates with a complex service stack that can be difficult to communicate effectively. Last Mile Solutions offers a comprehensive platform that includes:

  • Charging infrastructure management (CPO solutions)
  • E-mobility service provision (eMSP platform)
  • Hardware integrations and interoperability
  • Billing, settlement, and customer support tools

Our challenge? That’s a lot to explain on a website. Our job was to make all of that complexity feel accessible, to create something intuitive to navigate, easy to understand, and strong enough to position them as the industry leaders they are.

Our approach

We worked closely with the Last Mile Solutions team to deliver a full-service WordPress website built on a foundation. Our approach combined discovery work with iterative design and development, ensuring every element serves both user needs and business objectives.

Discovery & UX Strategy

We started by diving into how people would use the site. Who are they? What do they need? How do they navigate? From there, we mapped out user journeys and built a detailed information architecture. The centerpiece? An advanced mega menu that helps visitors find exactly what they’re looking for without getting lost in all the different services and solutions on offer. Visual Design & Brand Alignment

Last Mile Solutions already had a solid brand foundation, so we didn’t want to start from scratch. Instead, we gave it a thoughtful refresh: cleaner, sharper, more modern, but still unmistakably them.

Content together with illustrations

We developed smart copywriting that explains complex e-mobility concepts without creating information overload. Each service page tells a clear story, supported by custom illustrations that visualize abstract features and technical workflows.

Technical Implementation

Once the strategy and design were finalized, we built it all out with robust features:

  • Multilingual setup so they can speak to audiences across Europe in their own language
  • HubSpot CRM integration to streamline lead management and marketing automation
  • Animated dashboard previews that give visitors a real sense of the platform in action
  • Custom API connection that pulls in live data from their support system
  • Full content migration from their old blog and news section, preserving all that SEO value
  • Matomo analytics with Consent Mode V2 for privacy-compliant tracking
