When they reached out to us, they had already established being a market leader in their industry, and they had impressively achieved this without a real online strategy. Exciting, because this meant a lot of opportunities for growth were still open for exploration.
Their goals were to increase the number of leads, job applications and CV in their database, as well as automate the website with an ATS to reduce the workload for the team.
Marsmedia was asked to develop a strategy to reach new prospects through online marketing campaigns, as well as evaluate and update the job platform. We developed a fresh implementation of the Brand Identity, and did a redesign of the platform to optimize conversions and UX.
