## The Client

De Prefabriek offers high-tech building solutions that help you to expand your home quickly and economically. The design of the extension is literally in your own hands. In addition to the website, we developed an easy-to-use online configurator to design your ideal home extension step by step. The configurator gives you direct insight into options, looks and costs.

## Goals & Results

The goals were clear. Increase traffic to the website, and increase leads through the website. After the new SEO optimized website was launched, we managed to achieve the number 1 position on relevant keywords in the Netherlands, and also improved the Google page speed score from 8 to 96 points. This resulted in 178% more traffic to the website. The newly introduced home extension configurator, increased the website conversion rate with +53%. (measured period: May 2019 – May 2020).

## The Process

What do we want to achieve? And how do we measure success? We always start with a kick-off to learn about company goals, and then develop a tailored strategy. We translate this strategy into a sitemap and wireframes. A configurator needs to have perfect UX and UI, so we work out all functionality details before we start designing. We do this for the website too, because we want to have the SEO & UX in order to generate traffic to the website and make the visitors convert.
